You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 2 days of receipt to obtain authorisation and a returns number. Kindly include the reason for return and your invoice number in your request.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in resaleable condition, appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Refunds are issued at the discretion of JM Lights and will only be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Returns Conditions:

• Damaged or Faulty Goods: If an item is returned as faulty but is found to be in working order upon inspection, a 25% handling charge will apply.
• Unwanted Items: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be securely packaged, and JM Lights is not liable for any loss or damage during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance to cover the return. Unwanted items returned outside the 30-day period will incur a 25% handling charge.
• Timeframe: Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.
